• Build Leadership Capacity in Others
• Build Environments of Excellence

Horses create a powerful metaphor of how to set clear expectations and then coach and correct for the result you want. The skill building that takes place in this Leadership at the Ranch experience gives leaders strategies to use when they return to work and begin to coach their staff.

The weekend at the Ranch with Arvel and Phil gave me the chance to see my potential fulfilled. I was amazed at how quickly people's personal transformations occurred. Starting right when we stepped into the arena that first evening, everyone of us climbed a steep learning curve, and by the last day we were working together with our horses to accomplish amazing tasks!  I left with a renewed sense of my own leadership mission—to bring others into their own power—and a confirmation of the power of being in the saddle.  I'd highly recommend Leadership at the Ranch for any leader from any organization. - Jeff Park, high school principal, CO

What an incredible adventure Leadership at the Ranch has been. Everything I have learned will impact every relationship of my life. Whether I am dealing with my own children or my students, what I've experienced here has changed the way I perceive and interact with others. This experience will change the way you perceive people. - Maura Moritz, teacher, Arapaho HS, CO
